Local Action Group (LAG) Tskaltubo is an open civil platform that functions as an independent, impartial and democratic non-partial and non-political body, which can include any individual living in Tskaltubo municipality, regardless their political affiliation. All of the members of the platform have a right to be involved in management of the body and be informed about its activities.

The membership procedure involves attending workshops on the project information and LEADER approach.

Acceptance as a member of the organization is made on the basis of an application submitted to the founder or the Executive Director for decision.
